Shipping
We dispatch all packages within 1–3 business days. We exclusively use Itella SmartPost for shipping as all their parcel machines are located indoors, allowing us to ship packages year-round. The average delivery time is 2–5 days.

Returns
If your package was delivered to a blue parcel machine, you can return it for free using the same door code within 14 days. Returning a package is as simple as receiving it – enter the necessary code at the locker and place the package in the machine.
