Preparing for Meditation

  • Prepare the Stone: Before starting meditation, take your meditation stone and carefully clean it with warm water and neutral soap. Rinse and gently dry it to ensure the stone is clean.
  • Choose a Suitable Location: Find a calm and quiet place where you would like to meditate. This could be your favorite meditation corner at home or a spot outdoors.
  • Relaxing Background Music: calming background music may help you focus better and relax during meditation, while also drowning out external noise and distracting sounds.
  • Comfortable Clothing: Wear comfortable clothing that does not restrict movement. Warm clothing may be particularly important if you are meditating in a cool environment.
  • Sitting or Lying Position: Choose a suitable position for meditation. Most people sit comfortably on a chair or on the floor with a cushion, but you may also choose a lying position if it feels right for you. Choose a comfortable position and begin your meditation.
  • Stone and Its Energy: You may hold the crystal in your hand throughout the meditation or place it in front of you. Crystals have special properties and energy; feel this energy.
  • Reflect: What do you hope to achieve during your meditation or what would you like to focus on? You can set a goal or simply allow yourself to be present in the moment.
